Lomandras are an excellent grass-like plant that don’t need all the trimming. Wingarra has beautiful fine-textured blue-green foliage, and a compact clumping form. Perfect for mass planting or border planting. Ensure the crown of the plant isn’t below soil or mulch level. Every 3-4 years cut back to 15cm above ground if required. Recommended planting density of 4-8 plants per square metre, or 2-4 plants per linear metre. 40cm height and 60cm width.
Water: Water well and often when freshly planted. Drought tolerant once established. Use a chunky mulch, we recommend using Aussie Organics Chunky Pine Bark. Occasional watering required for dry inland regions.
