We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage. Our shipping partners are instructed to handle 'living cargo' with care, and we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent plants from sitting in transit over the weekend.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 48-hour health guarantee on all live plants. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind on live specimens.

Do you offer Click and Collect services?

Yes, Click and Collect is available at all Waldecks Garden Centre locations. Simply select your preferred branch at checkout, and we will have your order ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours.
